Milestone M29 updates

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M29 (Jan 27 - Feb 09).

• Upgraded rrweb package to latest version in replay web and widget.

• Fixed vulnerabilities found in yarn audit.

• Replaced Sidekiq::Testing.inline! with Sidekiq::Testing.fake! in Rails tests.

• Made changes in the backend as per the guidelines provided by the engineering team on Ruby best practices to improve performance.
